The next nine years were the benchmark years of his career. As the manager of his private clinic, he was compelled to learn the ropes of marketing, inventory control and general administrative work. Dr. Scott Overholser career in dentistry ceased for a few years when he joined Garrison Partners Consulting, a Chicago-based real estate consulting firm, as Regional Manager in 2004 and Renaissant Development Group two years later. For three years, he managed to sell luxury single family homes and condominiums in the Texas, Chicago and Minneapolis markets with sales totaling more than $50M.
