Dr. Scott Overholser – Patients who qualifiy for Invisalign

Dr. Scott Overholser has extensive experience in treating patients with Invisalign.  In his Chicago office, he has treated patients with simple orthodontic relapse to those with far more severe malocclusions.  Many patients want to correct a bite once treated with conventional braces as a child.  For whatever reason, though usually the result of not wearing a retainer at the end of treatment, teeth have shifted slightly and now look crowded.  Invisalign is an easy and relatively quick way of correcting a shifting bite.

Invisalign is also often used for patients who have never had braces.  Dr. Scott Overholser treats these patients in a similar manner, but since these corrections are usually a little more challenging, treatment time may be longer and a little more involved.
